Dr. V.E. Gall is an expert in numerical methods and has over 13 years of experience in the structural and geotechnical analysis of mechanized (TBM) and conventionally constructed tunnels. Through his involvement in a diverse range of projects, such as the construction of the Alto Maipo Hydroelectric Power Plant in Chile, the planned Gateway Project between New York and New Jersey, and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel expansion project in Virginia, he is experienced in underground construction in diverse geotechnical conditions ranging from alpine environments to densely populated urban centers.
