Experience

Dominic Reda is a Company Partner of Gall Zeidler Consultants. He leads GZ’s office in New York, New York and is responsible for several of the company projects within the North American and South American markets and supports the efforts of GZ’s London office. Over his 13+ year career, Mr. Reda has been involved in a number of national and international tunneling projects with responsibilities ranging from project management and design of tunnels and underground structures, independent design checks, evaluating impacts due underground construction on existing infrastructure, tunnel excavation and support inspection, to waterproofing and final lining inspection.

Mr. Reda’s global experience includes projects within the United States, Canada, South America, United Kingdom, North Africa, and Asia. His experience includes projects in hard rock, mixed-face and soft-ground designed with segmental linings (TBM), shotcrete and rock reinforcement (SEM/NATM), traditional slope stability measures, cast-in-place and/or shotcrete final linings for shafts, station caverns, running tunnels, pedestrian tunnels, and cut-and-cover tunnels, and pre- and post-construction ground improvement measures.
