London Cable Replacement Tunnels Project Milestone

A major milestone in the London Cable Replacement Tunnels project was recently achieved when the tunnel boring machine (TBM) “Cleopatra”, with a diameter of 4 meters (13 feet), achieved breakthrough on the 8 kilometer (5 mile) long Eade Road in Haringey, north London, to St. John’s Wood Substation.
